HISTORY

NEW GENERATION

With New Ownership and a
New Direction, We Usher in the
"NEW" Generation
In 1996, Johns Brothers began a new chapter in its story. Dwight C. Schaubach, a successful local businessman, bought Johns Brothers from the family. Under his supervision, Johns Brothers has moved into a new 55,000-square-foot facility encouraging the expansion of its three divisions. As these divisions "heating oil delivery, heating and air conditioning contracting and service, and electronic security/fire systems contracting and monitoring" grow, so does our dedication to the service and care of our customers. Our company name has been proudly displayed on every truck, statement and uniform for four generations, and we are proudly committed to maintaining our reputation for service excellence for generations to come.
